THCa stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid. THCa is the precursor to delta-9 THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the compound most commonly associated with the psychoactive effects of cannabis. When cannabis is heated or undergoes a process called decarboxylation, THCa is converted into THC.

While we guarantee that every order will leave our warehouse within 2 days, we have no control over what happens once USPS has the package. Please acknowledge that once we ship your order out we have no control over how quick USPS will get you your package.

Our THCa products are legal due to the fact that they are hemp derived and test under 0.3% delta-9 THC. 0.3% d9 THC is the legal limit set by the 2014 and 2018 Farm Bills. Please check your local legislation prior to ordering to confirm our products legality in your state. 

Once THCa products are combusted or burnt they turn into THC. THC is federally illegal. Keep this in mind before lighting up. All products leave our facility completely legal but due to the nature of the product what you do with said product is your responsibility. we are not liable for the product once it leaves our branded packaging.
